Use this session to view the attendance details of an employee.

Attendance details include:

  • Attendance plan
  • Time registration
  • Attendance events
  • Actual attendance
  • Attendance balance
  • Remarks

You can also use this session to generate actual attendance for the employee.

Field Information

Employee

The code of the employee.

Name

The name of the employee.

Today

Click Today to activate this filter. The actual attendance of the employee for the current date are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Yesterday

Click Yesterday to activate this filter. The actual attendance of the employee for the last day are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Current Period

Click Current Period to activate this filter. The actual attendance of the employee for the current month are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Previous Period

Click Previous Period to activate this filter. The actual attendance of the employee for the previous month are displayed. LN selects the corresponding check box when you apply this filter.

Date

The date from which you want to filter the actual attendance data.

To Date

The date up to which you want to filter the actual attendance data.

Apply Filter

Click Apply Filter to view the actual attendance data for the specified date range.

Show All

Displays all the available actual attendance data.
