Maintenance in Infor LN

This topic describes the sessions that you can use to print the accounting books.
The following sessions enable you to print accounting books correctly, in accordance with legal regulations:
  • Print Chart of Accounts (tfgld0408m000)
  • Print Dimensions by Dimension Type (tfgld0410m000)
  • Print Finalized Transactions – Ledger Account (tfgld1406m000)
  • Print Finalized Transactions – Flexible Reporting (tfgld1406m500)
  • Print Periodical Journal Report – Poland (tfgld1411m200)
  • Print Journal Report – Poland (tfgld1441m100)
  • Print Trial Balance (Poland) (tfgld3402m300)
  • Print Trial Balance – Ledger Account/Dimension Combinations (tfgld3409m000)
  • Print Trial Balance for External Reporting (tfgld3412m000)

These sessions are available in General Ledger menu.

The following options, not required by Polish law, have been enabled in some of the sessions:
  • using ledger 'mask' to filter printable data
  • printing entries that exceed a defined limit
  • printing entries (balances) with a specified sign (usually a minus sign)

Print Chart of Accounts (tfgld0408m000): The session is used to print information about chart of accounts structure and the relationships between child and parent accounts and dimensions.

Print Dimensions by Dimension Type (tfgld0410m000): The session is used to print dimensions by their type. Select the Parent/Child Relation check box to print relationships between child and parent dimensions.

Print Finalized Transactions – Ledger Account (tfgld1406m000): The session is used to print a Polish model of the report of posted transactions in a systematic approach. The following reports contain legally required contents:
  • Finalized Transactions by Business Partner
  • Finalized Transactions Totals by Business Partner

Print Finalized Transactions – Flexible Reporting (tfgld1406m500): The session allows to print finalized transactions for flexible reporting. You can select the appropriate transaction by using ledger mask.

Print Periodical Journal Report – Poland (tfgld1411m200): The session is used to print Polish partial journal report (journal report by protocol codes). You can use this session to print two reports:
  • General Journal Report
  • Summarized Journal Report
Print Journal Report – Poland (tfgld1441m100): The session is used to print transaction journal report for Poland. You can use this session to print reports with these setting:
  • With the Totals up to Period check box cleared.
  • With the Totals by Period and Totals up to Period check boxes selected.
  • With the Print Only Totals check box selected.
Print Trial Balance (Poland) (tfgld3402m300): The session is used to print transaction totals for each general ledger account. This session allows to print three reports with localized data:
  • Trial Balance (Poland)
  • Trial Balance Quantities (Poland)
  • Trial Balance by Legal Ledger Account (Poland)

Print Trial Balance – Ledger Account/Dimension Combinations (tfgld3409m000): The session is used to print transaction trial balance report sorted in a user-defined sequence of ledger accounts and dimensions.

Print Trial Balance for External Reporting (tfgld3412m000): The session is used to print a trial balance report for the needs of external reporting.
