Issue the simple shipment fiscal note

To issue the simple shipment fiscal note, the order line activities of the sales order (with installments) must be executed. To execute the order line activities, execute these steps:

  1. Select the order line of the sales order (with installments) on the Order Lines tab in the Sales Order (tdsls4100m900) session and click References > Status. The Sales Order Line Status (tdsls4534s000) session is displayed.
  2. Verify that the sales order is automatically released to Invoicing and a new billable line is added to the Billable Lines tab in the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session.
  3. Select the second billable line of the sales order and click Actions > Compose Invoice. The Invoice Status is updated to Ready to Print.
  4. Select the second invoice line of the sales order on the Invoices > Invoice Data and click Actions > Submit to External System. The Invoice Status is updated to Submitted to External System.
  5. Access the Fiscal Documents 360 (lpbra3600m000) session and verify the reference number generated for the fiscal document with a Fiscal Document Type of Simple Shipment of Future Sale Receiving.
  6. Access the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Go to Details for the fiscal document with a reference of the simple shipment fiscal note. The Invoicing (btsli2100m900) session is displayed.
  7. Verify that the Invoicing Fiscal Document Type is Simple Shipment of Future Sales Receiving in the Document Data section.
  8. Verify that the shipment invoice includes a related fiscal reference which is updated in the Related Fiscal Reference field on the Lines tab.
  9. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process to print the invoice. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  10. Verify that the Print check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is generated.
  11. Click OK when prompted with the “1 Fiscal Document(s) Printed and 0 Fiscal Document(s) Posted.” message.
  12. Click Close in the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session.
  13. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process to post and integrate the invoice in the Tax Engine. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  14. Verify that the Post check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is generated.
  15. Click OK when the “0 Fiscal Document(s) Printed and 1 Fiscal Document(s) Posted.” message is displayed.
  16. Click Close in the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session.
  17. Verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Posted and click Actions > Financial Integration. The Financial Integration (btsli2100m910) session is displayed.
  18. Review the transactions generated on the Ledger Postings tab.
  19. Access the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session and verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Approved by External System.
  20. Select the invoice line on the Invoices > Invoice Data tab and click Direct Process. The Invoice Status is updated to Posted.
    Note: The payment schedule is not defined for the invoice related to simple shipment future sale and can be configured using the Tax Engine fiscal setup.
  21. Review the generated reports including the Posting Batches Created report.
  22. Verify that the related sales revenue and COGS are updated in the Integration Transactions (tfgld4582m000) session.
