Use this session to maintain user document type destinations.

Field Information

Destination Type

The destination type.

Allowed values

  • Email

    The document will be sent to an email address.

  • Fax

    The document will be sent by means of fax.

  • Print

    The document will be printed.

  • Custom

    The document will be sent to a custom destination. Also specify the custom destination type.

Custom Destination Type

The custom destination type.

This field is only enabled if the Destination Type is Custom .

From Address Book

If this check box is selected, the user's e-mail address or faxnumberis retrieved from the address book and displayed in the Address field.

If this check box is cleared, you must specify an e-mail address or fax number in the Address field.

Address

The e-mail address or fax number.
