Copy Personalizations (ttadv9250m000)

Use this session to copy personalizations, conditional formats, and filters to these levels:

  • User
  • Role
  • Enterprise Modeler role
  • Company

Field Information

Level

Select the desired level and specify the user, role, EM role, or company to which you want to copy the personalizations, conditional formats, and filters.

Sessions

If this check box is selected, session personalizations are copied.

Filters

If this check box is selected, filters are copied.

Conditional Formatting

If this check box is selected, conditional formats are copied.

Overwrite User Personalizations

If this check box is selected, existing session personalizations for users linked to the target EM Role or Company are deleted by the copy process.

This ensures that user-level personalizations, which take precedence over role or company-level personalizations, are no longer used.
