User Data Defaults Sets (ttaad2111m000)
Use this session to define the user data defaults that are applied when users are created through Infor Federation Services (IFS). In IFS, the user data default set can be linked to new users. When a new LN user is created in IFS, this user is also created automatically in LN. Additionally, all user data defaults for this user are set according to the user data default set in IFS.
A user data default set contains a part of the user data, such as company, startup menu, language, user data template, default text groups template, and text group authorization template.
Actions/References/Buttons
These options are available:
- Marks the selected record as
Assign to New Users
in LN and IFS.Note: The Assign to New Users setting is reset for user data defaults sets in IFS. Consequently, after running this option, only the selected record will be marked as Assign to New Users in LN and IFS.
- Completely resets the Assign to New Users property of the user data defaults sets in LN. Consequently, after running this option, no record will be marked as Assign to New Users in LN and IFS.
- Synchronizes the data in IFS with the data in LN.
These actions are performed:
- IFS is updated with additional user data default sets that are available in LN.
- Existing user data defaults sets in IFS are deleted if the sets are not available (anymore) in LN.
- The Assign to New Users property is adjusted in IFS based on the data in LN.
You can use the button to remove the selected record(s) from LN and IFS. If users are already assigned to the User Data Defaults Set in IFS the linked users will be removed from it.

Default value for the Infor LN Process Browser (DEM) check box in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.
- User Data Template

Specify the user data template that defines the common user data that is shared by a group of LN users. The template contains the required system data and some non-role-related authorizations.
- User Profile Template

Specify the template that defines the default values for a user profile.
The template is created in the User Profile Template (ttams1160m000) session.
- Default Text Groups Template

Specify the template that defines the default text groups in LN. When text is written in a text field for which no default text group is defined, the default text group from this template will be used.
- Text Group Authorization Template

Specify the template where you define these authorizations for each text group: use, update, and read. The Text Group Authorization Template (ttams1122m000) session can be used to create the default text groups authorization template.
