Introduction

The European NIS2 directive and the US Executive Order 14028 (EO14028) require software vendors to create Software Bills of Material (SBOMs) for their software. For many software development environments, standard tooling is available to generate an SBOM. For the Infor LN products, specific tooling is available to generate SBOMs in the required format. This tooling is used for standard products developed within Infor but can also be used by Infor departments and Infor partners that create extensions in the cloud.
