Activating a set of services for the companies in a company set

Prerequisite: A company set must exist. See Adding a company set.

To activate the selected services, or a range of services, for a set of companies:

  1. Start the REST Service Management (ttmtm6120m000) session. The services for which you are entitled are displayed. For each service, this information is displayed:
    • The name of the service
    • A check box, which indicates whether the service has been activated.
  2. Select the services to activate. Complete one of these two steps:
    • To add companies to selected services, select the desired services in the grid and click Add Companies . The Add Companies by Company Set (ttmtm6220m000) session starts.
    • To activate a range of services, do not select services in the grid, but only click Add Companies . The Add Companies by Company Set (ttmtm6220m000) session starts. In that session, select the desired range of services.
  3. In the Add Companies by Company Set (ttmtm6220m000) session, complete these steps:
    1. In the Company Set Name field, zoom to the Company Sets (ttmtm6124m000) session. Select the desired company set and click OK.
    2. Select the Validate Companies check box to validate the companies in the set.
    3. Select the Activate check box to activate the companies in the set.
    4. Select the Activate Service check box to activate the selected (range of) services.
    5. To add the companies of the selected company set to the service, click Add Companies .
    6. Click Close. The service is activated.
    Note: This process may take some time because the changes are published to inform the subscribers.
After the services have been activated, you can test the services in the cloud through the Try it out button in the API documentation.
