In your organization, these roles are used, among others:

Buyer:

• Has full authorization for all purchase APIs, such as the Purchase Contract API, Purchase Requisition API, and Purchase Order API.
• Can retrieve purchase contracts, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Can modify and approve purchase orders.

Procurement employee:

• Is an employee in the procurement department.
• Has authorization for only the Purchase Order API. This authorization is limited.
• Can retrieve purchase order and purchase order line data.
• Cannot modify or approve orders.
• Cannot retrieve purchase contracts and purchase requisitions.

In your organization:

• Cristina Morales (LN User ID = cmorales) is the buyer.
• Carl Banks (LN User ID = cbanks) is the procurement employee.
