Configuration for BOD Handling (tlbct6110m000)
Use this session to create or remove connection points for LN companies and to specify the number of workers for them.
Creating a connection point
When a company for BOD handling is added to the Configuration for BOD Handling (tlbct6110m000) session, the connection point for the LN company is automatically created in ION.
Do not add a connection point for BOD handling directly in ION (as was previously done with BOD handling through IO-box); instead, use this LN session.
Removing a connection point
When a company for BOD handling is removed from the Configuration for BOD Handling (tlbct6110m000) session, the connection point for the LN company is automatically removed in ION.
Be cautious not to remove a company for which the connection point is in use in a data flow in ION, as this would corrupt the data flow. This LN session is unaware of the configuration in ION, so proceed with care.
Specifying the number of workers
A worker processes the BOD messages received by LN. Specify 1 if processing should not be performed in parallel. Only specify a number higher than 1 if the load of BOD messages for a specific LN company is too high to be handled by a single worker.
