Defining text keywords

You can use the text keywords to sort the texts and to find texts in the Texts Overview (tttxt1500m000) session. If you define meaningful keywords for a text, it is easier to find the text.

To enter text keywords, complete these steps:

1. Start the text editor to edit the text.
2. On the appropriate menu, click Change Keywords. The Texts (tttxt1100m000) session starts.
3. Enter one or more keywords.
4. Click OK to save the keywords, and quit the editor.
