Refreshing CloudSuite LN Data

  1. Log on to the Infor CloudSuite Self-Service Portal:
    1. Open this URL:
    2. Specify your Infor Customer Portal login credentials and click Login.
      Your CloudSuite overview is displayed.
  2. In the menu, select Multi-Tenant > CloudSuites.
  3. In the CloudSuites result pane, select the tenant suite to refresh and click Refresh CloudSuite.
  4. If the CloudSuites are not visible or are not displayed correctly, then log an incident in the Infor Customer Portal. Ask to redirect the incident to the Infor Cloud team.
  5. Specify this information:
    CloudSuite
    This field is automatically set to CSLN.
    Source CloudSuite
    Specify the source tenant that contains the data to be refreshed into the target tenant.
    Full Refresh
    Currently, only a full refresh is supported. Leave this check box selected.
  6. Select the applications to be refreshed.
    Only the available applications within the suite are displayed.
    Caution: 
    Infor OS Portal and API Gateway are the minimal requirements. To have a consistent environment follow these instructions:
    • Select all components that belong to the CSLN. That is, select LN CE, Infor OS Portal, API Gateway, ION, and IDM.
    • Do NOT select any component that does not belong to the CSLN. That is, ensure that other applications that you might see, such as Factory Track and Birst, are NOT selected.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Specify this information:
    Run Window
    Select a pre-defined time window from the menu. The action begins at the start of that time window.
    Run Date
    Specify the date the Data Refresh must run.

    See the Window Details section for the specific times associated with the run window you select.

  9. Click SUBMIT.
    You are returned to the target tenant screen. Click the Refresh Requests tab to see the progress of your request. section for the specific times associated with the run window you select.
You must now perform the post refresh tasks.
