Prerequisites

These are the prerequisites to perform a CloudSuite Refresh:
  • You must have an active account for the Infor Customer Portal.
  • You must be a customer contact with administrator rights in the CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP).
Note: 
  • For the last minute information about data refresh in the multitenant cloud for LN, see KB 2231105.
  • To perform a data refresh for the first time, you must log an incident so that the Infor Cloud team can verify that your data settings are correct. In this incident, confirm that you have read the LN CloudSuite refresh documentation and KB 2231105.
