Performing post refresh tasks

After the refresh, complete these steps:

  1. Check Jobs. Perform this step while the planned downtime is still active, or the tenant state is Admin Only. Before you start jobs, check whether jobs should run or should be changed. Think, for example, about output as email.
  2. Start the Application Update Settings (ttmtm4501m000) session. Check the application update settings.
  3. Start the Document Types (ttrpi2510m100) session. Check the document types. The mail from address is the address of the source tenant. Is this still applicable?
  4. Start the Document Output Management Parameters (ttrpi2100s000) session. In this session, you can block outgoing emails. Ensure that customers do not receive emails from “test tenant”.
  5. Bring the source tenant online if it was set to Admin Only before the refresh. Remove the planned downtime directly after the refresh has been completed.
  6. After all checks have been performed, bring the target tenant online and remove the planned downtime.
  7. If parameters have been set in the Parameters Block Automatic Activities after Cloudsuite/Tenant Refresh (ttmtm5110m000) session, you must start or reschedule processes such as jobs, datasets, and DOM.
