Assign resources to tags
When a tag is created in the Self-Service Portal, the tag name is sent to Infor LN and a configuration export is created. The name of the configuration export in LN is the same as the tag name specified in the Self-Service Portal. The configuration export is displayed in the Configuration Exports (ttdcm0560m000) session.
After the tag/configuration export is created, configuration data companies and configuration object sets can be linked to it.
By default, the All Configuration Data Companies check box is selected for the configuration export in the Configuration Exports (ttdcm0560m000) session. If you want to link only specific configuration data companies to the configuration data export, you must clear this check box.
Configuration object sets must be linked to the configuration export before configuration data can be exported.
The export order of the configuration object sets within the configuration export is very important because it ensures the referential integrity of data. Therefore, it is recommended to duplicate configuration object sets from the standard configuration export definition. To duplicate configuration object sets, use the Configuration Object Sets by Configuration Export (ttdcm0561m000) session.
