Employees by Role (tgbrg8120m000)

Mit diesem Programm link and list employees by a role and version.

The relationship between an employee and a role is version dependent. If a role is deleted from a employee, but the link is present in an earlier version, this link becomes active.

Note:

If an employee is not linked to a user, he/she will not be able to carry out activties of the type application. For more information see the Anwendermenü erstellen (tgbrg8240m000) session.

Bezeichnung: The description or name of the version.
User: The name of the user who made the last changes in this session.
Abgelaufen: Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, the link between the role and the employee has expired and cannot be used in the current modeling version. This means that, in this version, the employee cannot carry out the business process and/or activities to which the role is linked.
Datum: The date when the last changes were made to this session.
Zeit: The time when the last changes were made to this session.
Anwender: The user who made the last changes in this session.

Bezeichnung: The description or name of the role.
Bezeichnung: The name of the employee.
