Rules (tgbrg7500m000)
Mit diesem Programm view, specify, and maintain rules.
To create a rule expression (IF-part):
- Select a rule.
- Click to start the Text Editor.
- Specify business functions or business processes following the IF logical operator. Leave a space between the operators and the operands, for example BF,1.
- Close the Text Editor.
Select the command to create the Then part of the expression in one of these sessions:
- The Parameter nach Regel einstellen (tgbrg7117m000) session
- The Geschäftsprozesse nach Regel auswählen (tgbrg7127m000) session
- The Statische Bedingungen nach Regel einstellen (tgbrg7137m000) session. It depends on the rule type which of the other sessions is started.
You cannot select the command if the rule is of Übereinstimmung type. In that case, the Then segment of the rule expression must be specified in the Text Editor.
You cannot change rules:
- From a derived-from version
- From another version than the current modeling version.
If you have started this session by zooming, you can only find and select a record.
Using logical operators
If more than one business process or business function is incorporated in the rule expression, these must be separated by one of these logical operators:
- or
- xor
- and
- not
- (
- )
Checking and applying rules
Rules are checked ( Übereinstimmung rule type) or applied (other rule types) in reference models and project models. Rules of Übereinstimmung type are checked in these cases:
- If the Übereinstimmungen im Referenzmodell prüfen (tgbrg2220m000) session is activated (reference model).
- If the Übereinstimmungen im Projektmodell prüfen (tgbrg4220m000) session is activated (project model).
How rules of type other than Übereinstimmung are applied is described in the Help information of these sessions:
- The Parameter nach Regel einstellen (tgbrg7117m000) session
- The Geschäftsprozesse nach Regel auswählen (tgbrg7127m000) session
- The Statische Bedingungen nach Regel einstellen (tgbrg7137m000) session
