Archive and Delete / Terminate Sales Contracts (tdsls3203m000)

Mit diesem Programm terminate, delete, and archive sales contracts.

You can also combine these actions for a sales contract.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archivierung für VK-Verträge implementiert check box is selected in the Parameter VK-Verträge (tdsls0100s300) session.
  • Before sales schedules and sales orders can be archived, first the sales contracts must be archived.

You cannot terminate a sales contract if an open sales schedule is linked to the contract. To terminate the contract, you must terminate the schedule first.

You cannot delete a sales contract if:

  • At least for one contract line, the called quantity is not equal to zero.
  • The contract is linked to an order or open schedule.
  • The Vertrag vor Löschen bewerten check box in the Parameter VK-Verträge (tdsls0100s300) session is selected, and the session's contract lines are not yet evaluated.
  • The contract is Aktiv.

Archivieren oder löschen

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • Löschen, if you want to delete the data.
  • Archivieren, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • Beides, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.
Beenden
Abgelaufene Verträge beenden

Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, and the expiry date of a selected contract with the Frei or Aktiv status is before the current date and is in the selected range of expiry dates, the contract status is set to Abgeschlossen.

Löschen
Freie Verträge löschen

Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, the selected contracts with the Frei status are deleted.

Beendete Verträge löschen

Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, all selected contracts with the Abgeschlossen status are deleted.

Note: 
  • The contracts are also deleted for which the Abgelaufene Verträge beenden check box is selected.
  • If the Vertrag vor Löschen bewerten check box in the Parameter VK-Verträge (tdsls0100s300) session is selected, a contract cannot be deleted before its contract lines are evaluated.
Verknüpfte Bedingungen löschen

Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, the terms and conditions agreement that is linked to the sales contract is also deleted.

Archivieren
Ursprungsfirma

The company for which the data is archived.

Archivfirma

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the Archivfirma field in the Implementierte Software-Komponenten (tccom0500m000) session.

Archivieren bis Datum

The date until which the data must be archived.

Allgemeine Daten - Stammdaten archivieren

Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, general data from Allgemeine Daten is archived.

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Parameter Allgemeine Daten (COM) (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
Verkauf - Stammdaten archivieren

Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, general data from Verkauf is archived.

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Parameter Allgemeine Daten (COM) (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
Text archivieren

Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, texts are also archived.

Text überschreiben

Wenn dieses Kontrollkästchen markiert ist, texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced with the original text.
