The reason for trade that is applicable for the shipment line.

Assurance Exemption

Actual Customs Value

The actual (final) customs value that is applicable for the transport of the goods.

Note: 

• You can modify this value only if the status of the shipment line is other than Finalized or Deleted.
• When a new shipment line is added, this value is defaulted with the Customs Value. When the custom value is modified, this formula is used to calculate the Actual Customs Value: Actual Customs Value = old Actual Customs Value * (Customs Value / old Customs Value) if currency is same.

Actual Customs Value Currency

The currency in which the actual customs value is expressed.

Communicated Customs Value

The customs value that is specified in the EKAER request.

Note: 

• This value is defaulted from the EKAER request.
• This value is defaulted with Actual Customs Value when the shipment line status is set to one of these status:
  • Created
  • Modifications Sent
  • Complete

Communicated Customs Value Currency

The currency in which the communicated customs value is expressed.

Actual Weight

The actual weight of the goods in the shipment line.

Note: 

When a new a shipment line is added, the value is defaulted from the Total Weight value. When the total weight is modified, this formula is used to calculate: Actual Weight = old Actual Weight * (Total Weight / old Total Weight) (considering the units are same)

Actual Weight Unit

The unit in which the actual weight of the goods is expressed.

Note: 

• The unit must be of physical quantity weight.
• You can only modify the value if the status of the shipment line is other than Finalized or Deleted.
• When a new a shipment line is added, the value is defaulted from the Weight Unit value.

Communicated Weight

The weight of the goods specified in the EKAER request.

Note: 

This value is defaulted with the value in the Actual Weight field, when the shipment line status is Created, or to Modifications Sent, or to Complete.

Communicated Weight Unit

The unit of the communicated weight of goods as mentioned in the EKAER request.

Note: 

This value is defaulted based on the Communicated Weight.

Product Modification Reason

The reason for which the product is modified.

Value Modification Reason

The reason for which the customs value is modified.

Note: 

• This reason is applicable when the trade card is set to a status other than Open.
• You cannot modify the value if the Actual Customs Value and the Actual Customs Value Currency values are same as the Communicated Customs Value and the Communicated Customs Value Currency.

Weight Modification Reason

The reason for which the weight of the goods is modified.

Note: 

• This reason is applicable when the trade card is set to a status other than Open.
• You cannot modify the value if the Actual Weight and the Actual Weight Unit values are same as the Communicated Weight and the Communicated Weight Unit.

Status Modification Reason

The reason for which the status of the shipment line is modified.
