服务订单活动 (tssoc2110m100)

使用此进程以查看和维护服务订单活动。必须设置了要执行服务订单的服务订单活动。

使用下列选项可查看服务管理子系统内的相关订单，以及来源于采购管理子系统、制造管理子系统和仓储管理子系统等的相关订单：

可以在此进程中执行与服务订单活动、成本行、检验和工时核算相关的多项任务。

可以执行以下任务：

  • 查看、维护和创建服务订单活动：要创建新服务订单活动，可单击“特定”菜单上的“新建”。然后必须输入相关详细信息并保存记录。必须先添加服务订单活动，然后才能执行服务订单。
  • 查看、维护和估计成本行：可以输入与服务订单活动的材料、人工和其它成本行相关的财务详细资料。
  • 查看、维护和创建实际成本行：对于每项服务订单活动，都可以输入实际成本。
  • 查看、维护和创建检验：对于每项服务订单活动，都可以输入必须针对服务订单活动执行的检验。

与 Infor LN 质量管理子系统集成

LN 允许您通过“操作”菜单上的“创建不合格报告”选项为服务对象创建“不合格报告”。此时会调用“不合格报告 (qmncm1100m000)”进程，可以在其中为服务对象创建报告。

LN 允许您通过“操作”菜单上的“链接不合格报告”选项为服务对象链接“不合格报告”。此时会调用“不合格报告 (qmncm1100m000)”进程，可以在其中选择链接到服务对象的报告。

可以使用“操作”菜单上的“取消链接不合格报告”选项取消链接不合格报告。此时会调用“相关订单 - 质量管理 (tsmdm4500m100)”进程，在其中可以选择要取消链接的报告。

注意
  • 仅当选中“通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000)”进程中的“不合格报告”复选框时，这些不合格报告选项才可见。
  • 仅当已为服务对象指定“物料”时，才会启用“创建不合格报告”选项。
注意

使用“重新计算整张订单的价格/折扣”选项可从服务合同中检索与服务订单或活动行相关的成本和发票行的默认价格。如果无法修改相关成本行、活动和发票行的价格，则会禁用此选项。

要复查实际和估计的材料、人工和其它成本，可以使用以下附属进程：

  • “服务订单其它成本 (tssoc2142m000)”

如果没有在“服务用户配置文件 (tsmdm1150m000)”进程中为当前用户定义用户配置文件，则会显示这些进程，而不是估计和实际成本进程。

服务订单

The number of the service order for which the activities are listed.

Description

If the service order is created for an external customer, this field displays the name of the sold-to business partner.

If the service order is created for an internal business partner, this field displays the description of the service department that carries out the service order.

Service Order Status

The service order's current status.

Note: 

Any requirements, such as material, labor, or other, listed for the reference activity are added to the cost lines of the service order.

  • This field is enabled only if:

订单折扣金额

The order discount amount calculated based on the 订单折扣 specified in the 服务订单 (tssoc2100m000) session. This amount is applicable to the actual activity price.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the 使用订单折扣 check box is selected in the 服务订单管理参数 (tssoc0100m000) session.
  • This field is enabled only if:
    • The 定价方法 of the activity is set to 时间和材料 or 固定活动价格.
    • The 固定活动价格 check box is selected in the 服务订单管理参数 (tssoc0100m000) session.
服务类型

service type. You can define Issue and Receipt warehouse order type for a service type in the 服务类型 (tsmdm0130m000) session. When a warehouse order is created for a service order activity, LN selects 发料的仓单类型or 收货的仓单类型 defined for the service type.

Note: 

If 仓单类型 is not defined for the service type linked to service order activity, LN selects the 发料的仓单类型 or 收货的仓单类型 of service type linked to Service Order Header.

Note: 

Incase Issue and Receipt warehouse order type for the service type is not defined, LN selects the default 仓单类型 defined in 按来源列出的默认仓单类型 (whinh0120m000) session.

Description

The description of the service type.

首选工程师

The preferred service employee to execute the service order activity.

Note: 
  • This field is disabled if the activity status is not set to 自由, 已计划 or 已下达.
  • This value is defaulted from the 服务订单 (tssoc2100m000) session if the 活动默认使用页眉的首选工程师 check box is selected in the 服务订单管理参数 (tssoc0100m000) session. Else, Infor LN uses the following search logic to default this value:
    1. The 首选现场服务工程师 field in the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session.
    2. The 首选现场服务工程师 field in the 安装组 (tsbsc1100m000) session.
    3. The 首选工程师 field in the 服务订单 (tssoc2100m000) session.
  • If the 租赁 check box is selected, the 首选操作员 specified in the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session is defaulted. Else, the 首选现场服务工程师 specified in the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session is defaulted.

Note: 
  • This field is disabled if:

The serial number of the item on which the activity is carried out.

If the “按部门列出的物料服务数据”是必填项 check box is selected in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session, you can only select an item that is linked to the specified 服务部门. The service items are linked to the service office in the 按服务部门列出的物料服务数据 (tsmdm2120m000) session.

The activity's downtime ratio.

The downtime ratio specified for the reference activity in the 参考活动 (tsacm1101m000) details session.

The time planned for the activity to start.

  • The value in this field cannot be greater than the 最早起始时间.
  • This field is enabled only for the service order activities with the status 自由, 已计划, or 已下达.

The time planned for the service order activity to finish.

Infor LN selects this check box if a TAT Document is linked to the specified 覆盖合同. The TAT data of the TAT Document linked to the contract is copied to the TAT Document created for the service order activity.

The code of the Turnaround Time Document linked to the service order activity.

  • This field is displayed only if:

  • You can maintain this field if the activity's status is 自由 or 已计划. If the value you enter in this field is prior to the 最早起始时间 of the service order, LN updates the service order's 最早起始时间 with this value.

You cannot maintain this field if the activity is generated from:

  • A call in the 呼叫管理模块 module
  • A planned activity in the 服务计划及维修说明模块 module
最晚结束时间

The time at which any physical machinations required by the service order activity must be finished, for example, the return of unused materials to the warehouse.

  • You can maintain this field if the activity's status is 自由, 已计划 or 已下达. If you enter a value in this field that is later than the 最晚结束时间 of the service order, LN updates the service order's 最晚结束时间 with this value.
Note: 

You cannot maintain this field if the activity is generated from:

  • A call in the 呼叫管理模块 module.
  • A planned activity in the 服务计划及维修说明模块 module.
预约

The coverage time for the activity used in case of contract, quote or warranty coverages.
