The status of the maintenance sales quote. The possible values are as follows:

  • 自由
  • 已打印
  • 已接受

The search argument of the quote.

修订号

The revision number of the quote.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the 使用修订 check box is selected in the 服务报价单参数 (tsepp0100m000) session.
  • This field is set to zero if the 使用修订 check box is cleared in the 服务报价单参数 (tsepp0100m000) session. If the 使用修订 check box is selected and a quote is created, the value in this field is set to 1. This value is increased by 1 for every subsequent revision.
安装组

The installation group linked to the Maintenance Sales Quote.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the 安装组 check box is selected in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session.
  • If a serialized item is specified in the 物料 field, you must specify an installation group linked to the serialized item in the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session. If a value is not specified in this field and the 物料 field is updated with a serialized item, Infor LN defaults the 安装组 linked to the specified item in the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session.
  • If a value is not specified in this field and the serialized item is modified, the installation group linked to the selected serialized item is defaulted in this field.
  • You cannot modify the value in this field if:
    • Quote lines are available in the 报价单行 (tsepp1110m000) session.
    • A quote request is created.
  • This value is defaulted on the quote lines.

The code of the item linked to the Maintenance Sales Quote.

    • A quote request is created.
  • This value is defaulted on the quote lines.
  • If the “按部门列出的物料服务数据”是必填项 check box is selected in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session, you can only select an item that is linked to the specified 服务部门. The service items are linked to the service office in the按服务部门列出的物料服务数据 (tsmdm2120m000) session.
序列号

The serial number of the serialized item linked to the Maintenance Sales Quote.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the 物料 is serialized.
  • You can select a serial number from the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session for which:
    • The status is set to 活动, 工作条件 or 缺陷.
    • A value is not specified in the 按序列号取代 field.
  • The serial number must be linked to the specified 安装组.
  • You cannot modify the value in this field if:
    • Quote lines are available in the 报价单行 (tsepp1110m000) session.
    • A quote request is created.
  • This value is defaulted on the quote lines.

The payment method used for the quote.

The description or name of the code.

概率百分比

A percentage associated with a quotation that represents the probability of the business partner accepting the quotation. Acceptance results in the conversion of the quotation into a service order. The default success percentage is zero.

价目表折扣

Indicates if the Pricing discounts are used for quotes.

Note: 

The selection of this check box is defaulted from the 价目表折扣 check box in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session.

业务伙伴价格和折扣

The business partner used in Pricing to determine prices and discounts.

Note: 

This field is displayed only if the 使用默认业务伙伴价格及折扣 check box is selected in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session.

Description

The description or name of the code.

订单折扣

The order discount percentage that is applied to the related order.

Note: 

This field is displayed only if the 使用订单折扣 check box is selected in these sessions:

  • 服务订单管理参数 (tssoc0100m000)
  • 维修销售控制参数 (tsmsc0100m000)
复制价格和折扣至订单

如果选中此复选框， the prices and discounts of the quote are defaulted to the order.

This field is applicable only if:

The service type of the order quote.

Description

The name or description of the service type.

The date and time from which the quote is effective.

LN classifies a quote as effective when the current date falls between the effective date and the expiry date.

The date and time after which the quote is not effective.

The tax code used for the tax calculation.

交货条款

The code of the delivery terms. This value is retrieved from the 交货条款 (tcmcs0141m000) session.

所有权转移点

The point of title passage, as retrieved from the 所有权转移点 (tcmcs0142m000) session.
