The default number group for the quote requests.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the 使用维修销售报价单请求 check box is selected.
  • For the specified number group, the 专用于 field must be set to 不适用 in the 编号组 (tcmcs0151m000) session.
使用服务订单报价单请求

如果选中此复选框， Infor LN generates quote requests for service orders.

Note: 

This field is displayed only if:

  • The 现场服务 check box is selected in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session.
  • The 使用服务订单的服务订单报价单 check box is cleared in the 服务订单管理参数 (tssoc0100m000) session.
服务订单报价单

The default number group for the service order quotes.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if:
    • The 现场服务 check box is selected in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session.
    • The 使用服务订单的服务订单报价单 check box is cleared in the 服务订单管理参数 (tssoc0100m000) session.
  • You must select a number group for which the 专用于 field is set to 服务 or 不适用 in the 编号组 (tcmcs0151m000) session.
服务报价单请求

The default number group for the service order quote requests.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if:
    • The 现场服务 check box is selected in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session.
    • The 使用服务订单的服务订单报价单 check box is cleared in the 服务订单管理参数 (tssoc0100m000) session.
  • This field is enabled only if the 使用服务订单报价单请求 check box is selected.
  • You must select a number group for which the 专用于 field is set to 服务 or 不适用 in the 编号组 (tcmcs0151m000) session.
报价单有效期

The number of days for which the maintenance sales quote is effective. LN uses the quote duration to calculate the expiry date of the quote.

The method LN uses to calculate the invoice amount. The available options are as follows:

The number difference between two quote lines.

The number difference between two quote cost lines.

创建计划库存事务处理

如果选中此复选框， planned inventory transactions (PIT) must be created for the planned activity material requirements during the release of the planned activity.

Note: 
  • This field is displayed only if the 创建计划库存事务处理 field is selected in the 服务计划参数 (tsspc0100m000) session.
  • This value is defaulted from the 服务物料数据 (tsmdm2100m000) session, however you can modify the value in this field.
检查材料可用性

如果选中此复选框， material availability check can be performed for the service orders.

更新材料可用性

The availability of material for the orders can be updated.

允许值

人工

The work order is started when you click 完成 in the 服务订单 (tssoc2100m000) session.

自动

The work order is set to 已完成 status, when the last activity line or the last cost line of the service order is completed.

交互

The work order is started, based on the option Yes, No or Cancel that you select when the question is displayed.

Note: 

This field is unavailable if the 检查材料可用性 check box is cleared.

The Automatic option is not applicable.

The minimum probability percentage for the planned inventory transaction.
