物理分解结构 (tscfg2110m000)

使用此进程以维护物理分解结构。物理分解结构是针对安装而定义的，并且使您能够查看配置的制造结构和维修状态结构。

在物理分解结构中，只会显示配置或安装中当前安装的序列化物料。可以在“物理分解结构日志 (tscfg2515m000)”进程中查看已删除的序列化物料。

注意
  • 如果选中通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) 进程中的功能性要素处于活动状态复选框，则可以在物理分解结构中使用功能性要素。
  • 如果通过图形浏览器框架查看物理分解结构，则应注意，LN 还将使用在“物理分解结构日志 (tscfg2515m000)”进程中输入的数据。
  • 使用启动替换序列号 (tscfg2210m800) 进程的“替换序列号”命令，可以用新的序列号替换旧的序列号，仅当选中配置管理参数 (tscfg0100m000) 进程中的“使用配置状态”复选框时，才会显示这个新的序列号。
父物料

The item code of the parent serialized item.

Note: 

The parent serialized item cannot be a lot item.

序列号

The serial number of the parent serialized item.

Description

The description or name of the parent serialized item.

Revision

The identification of any revisions of serialized items.

安装组

The code of the installation group to which the parent serialized item (and therefore, all of its child items) belongs.

Description

代码的说明或名称。

所有者

The name of the business partner who owns the parent and child serialized items.

位置

The position number of the child item or child component in the physical breakdown of the parent item.

Parent Item Picture

The serialized item picture, defaulted from the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session. If the picture is not available in the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session, the picture is defaulted from the 物料 (tcibd0501m000) session.

Note: 

If you access the details of a particular line, the picture of the serialized child items is displayed. If the picture is not present in the 序列化物料 (tscfg2100m000) session, the serialized child item picture is defaulted from the 物料 (tcibd0501m000) session.

物料

The item code of the child item.

序列号

The serial number of the child serialized item. This number can be the serial number of a lot item.

Note: 
  • A child serialized-item can occur only once in the breakdown.
  • The child serialized item and the parent serialized item cannot be the same in one physical breakdown.
  • The 状态 field is disabled if the serial number is not entered.
Description

The description or name of the child item.

修订号

The identification of any revisions of serialized items.

数量

The quantity of the child item in the physical breakdown of the parent item.

Note: 

If the serial number is filled, this field displays 1 (one) and is disabled.

Quantity

The unit used to express the quantity of the child item.

功能性要素

The functional element group that the child item belongs to.

Note: 
  • Functional elements can only be defined if the 功能性要素处于活动状态 check box in the 通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000) session is selected.
  • You cannot change the functional element in a physical breakdown.
  • A parent item and child item combination can only belong to one functional element.

结构类型

The type of physical breakdown structure defined for the item. LN does not allow you to install an item with 结构类型 set to 结构 as a child of a physical item.

Note: 

This field is visible only if the 结构类型的使用情况 check box is selected in the Configuration Management Parameters (tscfg0100m000).

The Status of the (serialized) item in the physical breakdown.

The status cannot be changed manually.

The date on which the status was set or last changed.
