工序 (tsacm2100m100)

使用此进程以定义选定主工艺流程的工序。这些工序可用于在“工艺流程选项 (tsacm1101m200)”进程中定义的工艺流程选项。

主工艺流程

可以执行的一组工序。将工序添加到主工艺流程所基于的参考活动必须具有相同的特征，例如物料、功能性要素和服务部门。

示例

The number that is used to enable master routings to have multiple operations.

版本

The version number of the operation. This number is used to keep track of user changes.

A unique number that defines the way operations of a master routing are ordered.

参考活动

The code that identifies the reference activity on which the operation is based.

  • By default this value is set to the duration of the reference activity linked to the operation.
准备时间

The time required for setting up or changing over a machine before you start running the machine. Setup time can be long, for example, if you change over from using black paint to using white paint. Setup time can be short, for example, if you change over from using white paint to using yellow paint. The setup time must indicate an average of all possible setup times.

This time is interpreted as labor time.

注意

This field is not applicable if “持续时间类型” is set to “活动持续时间”.

持续时间单位

The time duration unit that is defined in the “通用服务参数 (tsmdm0100m000)” session.

人工操作时间

The total time that is required for all employees involved to carry out the activity.

This field is not applicable if “持续时间类型” is set to “活动持续时间”.

机器运行时间

The time that is required for the machine to carry out the activity.

This field is not applicable if “持续时间类型” is set to “活动持续时间”.

在现场服务中使用主工艺流程活动持续时间

The code of the work center where the operation is executed.

  • This field is enabled only if the “活动使用” field in the “主工艺流程 (tsacm1601m100)” session is set to “返库维修” or “通用”.
  • This value is defaulted from the “参考活动 (tsacm1101m000)” session if the “工作中心” is specified for the “参考活动”.
  • The value in this field cannot be modified if the current date and time exceeds the “过期时间”.
