The currency that is displayed is one of the home currencies. In performance measurement the currency array can be four deep. If you use an independent currency system you can rotate between four currencies. In a dependent situation you can also rotate between the home currencies, but the the amount times the displayed rate is not displayed in the calculated amount and is calculated using the reference currency.

Note:

The schedule performance index is determined by measuring the ratio of earned value (EV) to planned value (PV).

SPI = EV / PV

If the result is less than 1.0, the project is behind schedule. If the result is greater than 1.0, the project is ahead of schedule.

CPI

The cumulative cost performance index including the hard commitment data.

Note:

A measure of cost efficiency on a project. The cost performance index is determined by measuring the ratio of earned value (EV) to actual costs (AC):

CPI = EV / AC

If the result is less than 1.0, cost is greater than budgeted. If the result is greater than 1.0, cost is less than budgeted.
