专业组能力工作台 (tppdm8610m000)

使用此进程以查看和维护按员工列出的专业组。此进程将显示所选专业组在相当于一个月、一周或一天的选定时段内的预算人工。工作台显示“可用”、“已分配”和“已计划”类别的数据。

  • 工作台会同时显示来自 7 个时段的数据，并提供可在时段的各期段进行浏览的选项。时段是指某个时间段，可以指定为一个月、一周或一天
  • 员工的数据会显示在此进程右上方窗格的图形中。
  • 每个员工的专业组数据由字段“用户”、“时段类型”、“期段起始日期”和“员工”标识。
  • 网格栏标签基于为“期间”、“自”和“至”字段中指定的值以动态方式进行更改。

The code of the main trade group.

Clears the input data for the 选择 group box.

The code of the trade group.

Description

代码的说明或名称。

The code of the employee.

Name

The name of the employee.

起始日期

“自”和“至”字段定义范围： dates using which you can view the employee data, to get the capacity details.

构建日期

The date and time of the last build.

期间

Indicates whether the employee data can be displayed by day, week, or month time bucket.

Graph

The graph that displays the employee’s data. The graph displays two bars, one for the available time and another for 已分派 and 已计划 category.

员工

The code of the employee.

Note: 
  • For project assignments, that are not (yet) linked to an employee, the session displays a line with unnamed resource. As project assignments without an employee can only have the status 自由, the corresponding hours is displayed as Planned.
  • Assignments are only displayed if there is time availability specified in the calendar. For example, a quality assignment for the weekend is not displayed if there is no work time specified in the calendar.
  • The planned or assigned hours are always calculated based on the default calendar of the employee, even if a different calendar is used in the assignment.
Name

The name of the employee.

The job title of the employee.

The code of the department to which the employee belongs.

Description

内部

外部

The code of the manager of the employee.

Name

The name of the manager of the employee.

The number of hours resource is available within the time bucket, according to their own calendar (if any) or the actual calendar of the trade group.

Note: 

The calendar for the Trade group is defaulted from the main trade group or a higher level.

已分派

The number of hours the resource is assigned for a task in the 任务分派 (tpptc2170m000) session with the 任务分派状态 set to 已分派, 处理中, and 已完成.

  • For Service assignments, the service order and work order activities with the status set to 已下达 are displayed as assigned.
  • For Manufacturing, the Resource Assignment Status set to 处理中 or 已完成, are displayed as assigned.
  • For Quality assignments, the assignments with the status set to 已分派, 处理中, 已完成, and 已关闭 are displayed as assigned.
已计划

The number of hours the resource is planned but not yet confirmed to, based on the project 任务分派 (tpptc2170m000) session. Only the Project Assignment Status set to 自由 are considered.

  • For Service assignments, the service order and work order activities with the status set to 自由 or 已计划 are displayed as planned.
  • For Manufacturing, the Resource Assignment Status set to 未启动 are displayed as planned.
  • For Quality assignments, the assignments with the status as 自由 or 已重新打开 are displayed as planned
