使用此进程可以执行项目相关任务并检索项目相关数据。可以查看和维护项目信息，如项目经理、层次结构类型、计划方法和预算方法信息。

如何使用“项目全方位视图 (tppdm6500m100)”进程

从项目清单中选择项目。项目的详细资料（如项目成本、收益、预算和估算等）会显示在进程顶部的方框中。

要查看项目详细资料，请从清单中选择项目。

复选标记指明所选项目可用的数据。如果单击某个链接，会启动一个进程，可在其中查看、维护或创建项目数据。

可以单击下列链接，或单击“参考”菜单中的相应命令：

  • “合同”

    启动合同行 (tpctm1110m000) 进程。使用此进程以创建和维护链接至合同的项目的合同行数据。

  • “延伸合同”

    启动项目的延伸合同 (tpptc0510m000) 进程。使用此进程以列出选定项目的延伸合同，可在“延伸合同 (tpptc0110s000)”详细资料进程中定义和修改这些选定项目的延伸合同。

  • “结构”

    可以根据用户配置文件中的设置，为项目定义元素结构或活动结构。但是对于此进程，可以维护的结构取决于“预算依据”字段。如果该字段设置为“要素”，则会打开要素 (tpptc1100m000)进程。如果该字段设置为“活动”，则会打开活动 (tppss2100m000)进程。

  • “里程碑”

    启动里程碑 (tppss2101m000) 进程。使用此进程以维护项目的活动里程碑。

  • “成本细目”

    启动成本细目 (tppdm3600m000) 进程。使用此进程以创建项目的成本细目。

  • “合同链接至结构”

    启动合同链接至项目结构 (tpctm0160m000) 进程。使用此进程以将合同行 (CLIN) 链接至项目结构（要素/活动）。可以将多个合同行链接至项目。但是，只能将特定项目挂钩（元素/活动）链接至一个合同行。此进程还指出是否在项目挂钩中发生成本并登记收益。

  • “估算”

    启动估算行 (tpest2100m000) 进程。使用此进程以维护和显示估算行。此进程中可维护的栏取决于用户配置文件 (tppdm0101s000)进程中的设置。显示的估算行取决于所选择的估算版本。

    下面是选择估算版本的优先级顺序：

    1. 检查状态为“接受”的投标，并且显示该相应版本的估算行。
    2. 检查某个估算版本的部分或全部估算行是否已下达至预算，并且显示该估算。
    3. 基于版本“创建日期”，选择最新的估算版本。

  • “预算成本分析”

  • “分时段预算”

    启动“分时段预算（按期段列出的计划工作预算成本） (tpptc5521m000)”进程。使用此进程以按所选项目和分析代码的期段来显示为某个活动生成的计划值。此进程还会显示已生成计划值的项目预算版本和基线。

  • “采购订单和仓单”

    启动订单行结余（材料） (tppss6500m000) 进程。使用此进程以查看从预算到最终交货的订货流程。将显示选定项目的所有订单，包括未结及尚待接收的采购订单建议/订单、仓单以及材料、设备和分包的采购征求报价单。“注意”：此进程中不会显示在订单管理和仓储中指定的挂钩分配行。

  • “服务订单”

    启动项目链接的服务订单 (tppss6520m000) 进程。使用此进程以列出并显示链接至项目的服务订单。

  • “进度”

    项目的进度登记在“元素”或“活动”中，并取决于“控制依据”字段。如果此字段设置为“要素”，则会打开要素实际进度 (tpppc1550m000)进程。如果该字段设置为“活动”，则会打开活动实际进度 (tpppc1560m000)。

  • “成本事务处理”

    启动成本事务处理 (tpppc2100m000) 进程。使用此进程以查看和维护项目的所有成本类型的成本事务处理。只会显示将成本添加至项目的事务处理。

  • “成本控制”

    根据在“按用户列出的映象/进程选项 (tppdm0102m000)”进程中指定的设置启动相关进程，以监控所执行的项目。可以在项目层汇总实际成本控制。该进程是监控模块中可用于项目的一系列进程之一。其中每个进程提供的项目监控详细程度各不相同。

  • “承付款%”

    根据在“按用户列出的映象/进程选项 (tppdm0102m000)”进程中指定的设置启动相关“承付款”进程，以记录项目的承付款。

  • “财务分析图”

    启动显示财务分析 (tppss0701m000) 进程。使用此进程以在项目执行时间内创建成本和收益的进度图。

  • “绩效衡量”

    启动活动绩效评定 (tpppc5540m000) 进程。使用此进程以显示项目的绩效评定金额。共有四层评定，即活动、活动/成本类型、项目组织分解结构 (OBS) 和组织分解结构 (OBS)/成本类型。绩效评定还可以在原有基线和原有版本的基础上生成。

  • “收益事务处理”

  • “收益”和“成本”部分中显示的金额是净额，也就是不含税的金额。

The amount received from the customer against sales invoices. This is the amount displayed in the 发票接受方业务伙伴未结发票 (tfacr2520m000) session in 财务管理.

Note: 

The Supplier payment is a settlement against this open entry and not against a specific invoice line. An open entry comprises many invoice lines which may or may not be linked to the same project. Hence, the amount overdue on a project cannot be determined correctly until the received amount information against the specific invoice line is stored in LN 财务管理.

客户过期未付金额

The amount due to the customer to be paid against the sales invoices. This is the amount displayed in the 发票接受方业务伙伴未结发票 (tfacr2520m000) session in LN 财务管理.

  • If the project is linked to multiple contract lines with different contract types, Infor LN considers each contract line to determine the earned value. For contract line with Fixed Price contract type, the actual overhead cost is not added to the earned value. The earned value is calculated using the formula: Budget * Progress.
进度

The progress percentage of the top activity for the project. The value in this field is based on the project activity with the least progress percentage for the project.

The commitments booked for the project.

The costs incurred for the project.

成本预测

The additional cost forecast for the end of the project that is anticipated at the end of the current period.

合计成本

The total costs incurred for the project. The total cost calculation depends on the value specified for the 主要预测方法 in the 项目会计参数 (tpppc0100s000) session.

  • If the value in the 主要预测方法 is set to 完成时成本估算 (EAC), the Total Cost calculation is: 
Project forecast cost = Project forecast cost + Overhead forecast at completion
Total costs = Project forecast cost
  • If the value in the 主要预测方法 is set to 完成前尚需成本的估算 (ETC), the Total Cost calculation is:
Project forecast cost = Project forecast cost + (Overhead forecast at completion – Overhead Actual Cost)
