• If the life of the tool is based on the number of times the tool is used, the physical quantity of the unit in this field is 件.
• If the tool's life is based on number of hours the tool is used, the unit in the physical quantity field is 时间.

空闲合计

The number of times the tool can be used until it must be discarded.

生命周期

The capacity of the tool expressed as the number of hours or times it can be used.

Note: 

If the 工具寿命标准 field in the 工具 (titrp0101m000) session is 不适用, this field is empty.

工具寿命单位

The unit in which the tool's life is expressed. A tool's life can be expressed as the number of times or the number of hours the tool can be used.

Note: 

The unit entered in this field must be present in the unit set, which is defined for this tool type in the 单位集 (tcmcs0106m000) session.

翻新日期

The date on which the tool was last refurbished. The field is updated when the service order for refurbishing of the tool is completed.

维修次数

This field specifies the total number of times the tool is refurbished. LN updates when the service order for refurbishing a tool is completed.

翻新订单

The number that is used to store the service order for refurbishing the tool.

服务日期

A date you can enter to register when service is done.

A signal code is the code of the message that appears on the screen when a combination of tool type and tool serial number is entered in the following sessions:

Tool Number

A number to identify a tool. A lifetime serial number can be, for example, a combination of the functional number and the year of acquisition. Lifetime serial numbers are used to group the components of a multipiece tool.

Multipiece tools without a lifetime serial number can have components linked either with or without lifetime serial numbers.

示例

A multipiece tool X has a life time serial number 1990. One of the following must be true for the tool's components:

• The lifetime serial number of the components is the same as the multipiece tool (that is, 1990).
• The components that are linked to the multipiece tool do not have a lifetime serial number.

Note: 

A multipiece tool is defined in the 工具组件 (titrp0506m000) session.

You cannot modify this field if the tool is used as either a multipiece tool or as a component in the 工具组件 (titrp0506m000) session.

工具寿命标准

If the usage status of a tool is 已申请, 已退回, or 未分配, the status of the tool can be changed from:

• 可用 to 已冻结.
• 可用 to 翻新中.

The tool status cannot be changed to 已分配 or 翻新中.

如果工具状态为 已冻结 ，则下列情况下，不会考虑使用该工具：

• 计划新的估计需求时。
• 对工具执行可用性检查时。

如果将具有下列其中一种状态的第二个组件分配给某个组合式工具，则不能将该组合式工具中第一个组件的状态从 可用 修改为 已冻结 ：

• 可用 状态。
• 已分配 状态。
• 翻新中 状态。

已分配

通过 申请/退回工具 (titrp0215m000) 进程申请工具后，会为其分配 已分配 状态。通过 申请/退回工具 (titrp0215m000) 进程退回工具后，该工具的状态会更改为 可用 。

翻新中

通过 申请/退回工具 (titrp0215m000) 进程申请待维修的工具后，会为其分配 翻新中 状态。在计划的维修期间，不会计划具有此状态的工具以发放到生产订单或服务订单。

如果已使用 申请/退回工具 (titrp0215m000) 进程退回工具，则该工具的状态会从 翻新中 更改为 可用 。

The unit set that belongs to the tool type you defined in the 物料 (tcibd0501m000) session.

实际使用

Total number of times or hours the tool is used, irrespective of the number of times the tool is refurbished.

Note: 

If you close operations of a Production Order and/or service activities of an 服务订单, and actual costing took place, this field is updated.

The tool's remaining life, displayed in the life unit of the tool. The remaining life of the tool is calculated as follows: 生命周期 - 实际使用.

The remaining life of the tool, calculated as the tool life minus the total times the tool is used. The remaining life of the is expressed in the tool's life unit.
