此进程列出了计划机器工序。您可以

选择工序并使用按钮来更改工序状态

使用

“设置”、“运行”、“暂停”和“完成”按钮。如果机器使用“机器工序状态”按钮出现故障，则还可以登记停机时间。

使用相应菜单管理下一个班次的工序。“在下一班次继续”将视图移至下一个班次并报告当前班次的活动工序的机时。

The work center where production takes place.

The shift on which production takes place.

地点

The site where the work center is located.

机器类型

The type of machines used during production.

启动

The start date and time of the selected shift.

终止

The end date and time of the selected shift.

机器编号

The designation of the machine and its intrinsic properties such as the serial number.

One of a series of steps in a routing that are carried out successively to produce an item.

The following data is collected during a routing operation:

  • The task. For example, sawing.
  • The machine used to carry out the task (optional). For example, sawing machine.
  • The place where the task is carried out (work center). For example, woodwork.
  • The number of employees required to carry out the task.

This data is used to compute order lead times, to plan production orders and to calculate standard cost.

The quantity required by the production order.

The quantity of the production order that is reported completed.

The quantity of the production order that is reported rejected.

The date and time production was started.

完成

The date and time production was finished.

The status of the machine.

    The operation was released to the machine.

    The operation is being set up on the machine.

    Production is taking place.

    Production has been stopped or paused while the operation has not yet been completed.

    Production has been completed.

    Production has been completed and reported.

  • 初始

    The operation has been transferred to the machine.
