You can only specify physical items.

生产模型

A predefined configuration that specifies the production method, list of materials, time and capacity required and reporting method.

A production model contains the following:

  • Production process
  • Time and capacity required
  • Production process reporting
  • Materials supply process
  • Item inspection method
  • Required tools

If the 多产品生产 check box on a production model for repetitive manufacturing is selected, a list of products is added to the production model that specifies which items are produced.

Note: 
  • Production models are revision controlled. A new revision is generated for every change to the existing configuration.
  • The order system must be 已计划.
  • 项目控制 is disabled.
生产模型修订

The ID of the product model revision.

位置

The unique number given to assignments that are defined for the same production model revision.

材料

The material or subassembly used in the manufacture of the product.

Note: 

You can only specify 采购物料 or 制造物料 items.

数量

The quantity of the repetitive item.

废品率(%)

The percentage of material that will be lost during production.

使用点

The shop floor warehouse from which the materials are shipped linked to the work cell where the materials are used.

Note: 

For direct material supply, this field should be left empty.

供应系统

The supply system specified for the material in the 仓库物料数据 (whwmd2510m000) session, and the assigned 使用点.

供应仓库

The warehouse supplying the 使用点.

The warehouse is determined based on the 默认仓库 field in the 物料计划默认数据 (cprpd1110m000) session. If no warehouse is specified in the 物料计划默认数据 (cprpd1110m000), the warehouse specified in the 仓库 field in the 物料订货数据 (tcibd2100m000) session is used.

供应工作单元

The work cell supplying, defined in the 工作单元 (tirpt0640m000) session.

反冲

如果选中此复选框，则反冲进度计划行材料。

制造状态

如果选中此复选框， the serial number or lot must be entered in the 制造状态 (timfc0610m000) session before the as-built is validated.
