Archive and Delete Sales Order/Schedule History (tdsls5201m000)

使用此进程以 delete, archive, or archive and delete sales order history, installment history, and sales schedule history.

The history files contain sales order (installment) and sales schedule data. These files are automatically updated when sales orders are generated, modified, or deleted. For sales schedules, the files are automatically updated when the status is Approved and so on. The history data can be restricted by deleting the files.

You can delete history data only if:

  • The order/schedule (line) is processed and therefore no longer available in the actual tables.
  • 财务 enables deletion, for example, the history data is no longer required for reconciliation.
Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 已实施销售订单存档 check box is selected in the 销售订单参数 (tdsls0100s400) session, or the 已实施销售计划存档 check box is selected in the 销售进度计划参数 (tdsls0100s500) session.
  • The method to delete the order history data is based on the value of the 删除订单历史数据的方法 field in the 销售订单参数 (tdsls0100s400) session.
  • Order history is used as the basis for statistics. Archiving and/or deleting order history limits a full update of statistics. If you archive the order history up to a certain period, it is recommended to also archive the statistics up to that period.

存档/删除截止日期

必须删除/存档进度计划历史记录数据的截止事务处理日期/时间。

注意

如果进度计划（行）的事务处理日期落后于您在该字段中所指定的日期，则您将无法删除/存档其历史记录。

删除期间跳过最后几项

如果选中此复选框，保留了最后一次事务处理的历史记录且未删除。

存档
原始公司

存档数据的公司。

目标存档公司

数据传输到的存档公司。

注意

此公司从“已实施的软件组件 (tccom0500m000)” 进程中的“目标存档公司”字段进行检索。

存档公用主数据

如果选中此复选框，则会存档公用数据管理子系统中的通用数据。

注意
  • 仅当在“公用数据参数 (tccom5000m000)” 进程中选中仅通过进程存档通用数据来存档通用数据复选框时，才可以使用此复选框。
  • 还可以使用存档通用数据 (tccom0250m000) 进程来存档通用数据。
存档销售主数据

如果选中此复选框，则会存档销售中的通用数据。
