Task Group (dmchm0541m000)

Use this session to create and list task group(s). Task groups comprise of related tasks. A task group can also be defined for a single task.

Note: You can create, copy, or delete a task group only if the change proposal has the Created status. The task group Identifier is automatically generated if a mask is defined. The user can also manually enter a value.

Change

The change ID.

Status

The change status.

Description

The description of the change ID.

Proposal

The ID of the change proposal.

Status

The change proposal status.

Task Group

The task group ID. If a mask is defined for task group, the masks generate the task group ID. If no mask is defined, a message appears that states that the mask configuration is not created for the object.

Note: Check with your administrator to specify the mask configuration for the TG (Task Group) object.

Note

You can multiple tasks for each task group. To group all similar tasks, you can use a task group.

Description

The description of the task group for the specific change and proposal.

Responsible

The role responsible for the execution of the task group.

Total Tasks

The number of tasks associated with the task group.

Task Completed

The number of completed tasks with the status Done.

Estimated Cost

The total estimated cost of all the tasks grouped under the task group. The currency also appears.

Total Actual Cost

The total actual cost to run the tasks is grouped under the task group. The currency also appears.

Created By

The LN user login ID of the user who creates the task group.

Creation Date

The date when a task group is created. The format used to display the information is the UTC date and time format.

Modification Date

The date and time at which a task group is modified.
