Use this session to create and maintain the business function details.
You cannot change business functions:
- From another version than the current modeling version.
- For which you are not authorized.

In addition, the owner must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business function.

If this check box is selected, only the ERP user with the Tools role specified in the Only Role is Authorized field can modify the business function.
In addition, the users who have this Tools role must also be authorized for the version and the status of the business function.
You can link Tools roles to a normal user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.
Note: Super users already have Tools roles. - Only Role is Authorized
