The characteristics of the linked reference folder.

Effective From

The date and time when the effectivity of the linked reference folder is applicable.

Effective To

The date and time up to which the effectivity of the linked reference folder is applicable. The date is set automatically when a new revision of the folder is released.

Security Access Level

The level of security access provided to the user.

PLM Project

The PLM project in which the linked reference folder is created. The PLM administrator assigns users to the specific projects based on the authorization.
