Archive and Delete Sales Schedules (tdsls3224m000)

Cette session permet delete, archive, or archive and delete sales schedule- and sales schedule line-data.

You can delete/archive these entities:

  • Résilié and Traité sales schedule headers.
  • Traité sales schedule lines.
  • Annulé and Remplacé sales schedule lines.
Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archivage de programme de vente implémenté check box is selected in the Paramètres de programme de vente (tdsls0100s500) session.
  • Sales contracts must be archived before sales schedules can be archived
  • Sales schedule lines can only be deleted after the linked warehouse order, the planned warehouse order links, and the planned warehouse order(s) are deleted.
  • If you specify a Réf. de l'expédition in this session, you can delete sales schedule lines based on pick-up sheet.
  • When all lines of a schedule are deleted, the schedule header is also deleted.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • Supprimer, if you want to delete the data.
  • Archiver, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • Les deux, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.

Si cette case est cochée, and errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

Suppression des lignes annulées

Si cette case est cochée, sales schedule lines with the Canceled and Replaced status are deleted.

Supprimer jusqu'à la date de début

The start date up to which the Canceled and Replaced sales schedule data must be deleted. LN deletes all Canceled and Replaced sales schedule lines of which the start date is earlier than the date specified in this field.

Supprimer les programmes traités

Si cette case est cochée, sales schedule lines with the Traité status are deleted.

Traiter jusqu'à la date de facturation

The invoice date up to which the Traité sales schedule data mus be deleted. LN deletes all Traité sales schedule lines of which the invoice date is earlier than the date specified in this field.

Archiver
Société d'origine

The company for which the data is archived.

Société d'archivage

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the Société d'archivage field in the Composants logiciel implémentés (tccom0500m000) session.

Archiver jusqu'à la date

The date up to which the data must be archived.

Archiver les données de base de Données communes

Si cette case est cochée, general data from Données communes is archived.

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Paramètres COM (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
Archiver les données de base de Vente

Si cette case est cochée, general data from Ventes is archived.

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Paramètres COM (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.

Si cette case est cochée, texts are also archived.
