Archive and Delete Purchase Revisions (tdpur3222m200)

Cette session permet delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase release revisions.

Note:

The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archivage de version d'achat implémenté check box is selected in the Paramètres de programme d'achat (tdpur0100m500) session.

In this session, you can specify:

The planner for whom the purchase release revisions must be deleted.
The date up to which the purchase release revisions must be deleted.
If the release revisions with the Envoyé status must only be deleted, or also the revisions with the status Créé or Programmé that include (to be) terminated schedules.

Suppression ou archivage

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

Supprimer, if you want to delete the data.
Archiver, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
Les deux, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.

Archiver/supprimer jusqu'à la date de sortie

The date up to which you the purchase release revisions must be deleted or archived.

LN compares the specified date to the purchase release's issue date, as displayed in the Date de sortie field of the Versions d'achat (tdpur3120m000) session. The release revisions with an issue date before the specified date, are deleted.

Inclure transferts non envoyés pour programmes arrêtés

Si cette case est cochée, in addition to deleting release revisions with the Envoyé status, LN also deletes revisions with the status Créé or Programmé that include (to be) terminated schedules.

To delete Créé or Programmé releases, these conditions must be applicable:

The status of the linked schedules must be Résiliation en cours or Résilié.
The schedules with the Résiliation en cours status do not include open schedule lines. Therefore, the status of the schedule lines is Annulé, Réception finale, Facturé, or Traité.

Traiter l'état

Si cette case est cochée, a process report is printed.

Si cette case est cochée, and if errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

The company for which the data is archived.

Société d'archivage

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note:

This company is retrieved from the Société d'archivage field in the Composants logiciel implémentés (tccom0500m000) session.

Archiver les données de base de Données communes

Si cette case est cochée, general data from Données communes is archived.

Note:

This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Paramètres COM (tccom5000m000) session.
You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.

Archiver les données de base d'Achat

Si cette case est cochée, general data from Achat is archived.

Note:

This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Paramètres COM (tccom5000m000) session.
You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.

Si cette case est cochée, texts are also archived.

Ecrasement du texte

Si cette case est cochée, texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced with the original text.
