Archive and Delete Purchase Contract History (tdpur3202m000)

Cette session permet delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase contract history.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archivage historique des contrats d'achat implémenté check box is selected in the Paramètres des contrats d'achat (tdpur0100m300) session.
  • If financial transactions are logged for the purchase contract, which you can define in the Journaliser transactions fin. stock économique field of the Paramètres des contrats d'achat (tdpur0100m300) session, you can only delete purchase contract history if the financial transactions of the contract (line) are processed in a financial period that has the status Clôturé or Clôturé définitivement. You can view the status of the financial period in the Statut de période (tfgld0107m000) session.
  • If a purchase office is not specified for the purchase contract line, no financial transactions are written to Finances. As a result, LN does not check the status of the financial period.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • Supprimer, if you want to delete the data.
  • Archiver, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • Les deux, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.
Archiver/supprimer jusqu'à (date)

The date up to which the purchase contract history must be archived/deleted.

Si cette case est cochée, a report is generated with the results of the archiving/deletion process.

Si cette case est cochée, and errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

Société d'origine

The company for which the data is archived.

Société d'archivage

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

This company is retrieved from the Société d'archivage field in the Composants logiciel implémentés (tccom0500m000) session.
