Archive and Delete Sales Schedules (tdsls3224m000)

Utilice esta sesión para delete, archive, or archive and delete sales schedule- and sales schedule line-data.

You can delete/archive these entities:

  • Finalizado and Procesado sales schedule headers.
  • Procesado sales schedule lines.
  • Cancelado and Sustituido sales schedule lines.
Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archivado de programación de ventas implementado check box is selected in the Parámetros de programación de ventas (tdsls0100s500) session.
  • Sales contracts must be archived before sales schedules can be archived
  • Sales schedule lines can only be deleted after the linked warehouse order, the planned warehouse order links, and the planned warehouse order(s) are deleted.
  • If you specify a Referencia de expedición in this session, you can delete sales schedule lines based on pick-up sheet.
  • When all lines of a schedule are deleted, the schedule header is also deleted.

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • Eliminar, if you want to delete the data.
  • Archivar, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • Ambos, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, and errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

Borrar
Borrar líneas canceladas

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, sales schedule lines with the Canceled and Replaced status are deleted.

Borrar hasta fecha de inicio

The start date up to which the Canceled and Replaced sales schedule data must be deleted. LN deletes all Canceled and Replaced sales schedule lines of which the start date is earlier than the date specified in this field.

Borrar programaciones procesadas

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, sales schedule lines with the Procesado status are deleted.

Borrar hasta fecha de factura

The invoice date up to which the Procesado sales schedule data mus be deleted. LN deletes all Procesado sales schedule lines of which the invoice date is earlier than the date specified in this field.

Compañía original

The company for which the data is archived.

Compañía de destino de archivado

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the Compañía de destino de archivado field in the Componentes de software implementados (tccom0500m000) session.

Archivar hasta la fecha

The date up to which the data must be archived.

Archivar datos maestros comunes

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, general data from Común is archived.

Note: 
  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Parámetros de COM (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
