Archive and Delete Purchase Schedules (tdpur3224m000)

Utilice esta sesión para delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase schedule- and purchase schedule line-data.

You can delete/archive these entities:

  • Finalizado and Procesado purchase schedule headers.
  • Procesado purchase schedule lines.
  • Cancelado purchase schedule lines.
Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archivado de programación de compras implementado check box is selected in the Parámetros de programación de compras (tdpur0100m500) session.
  • Purchase contracts must be archived before purchase schedules can be archived.
  • When all lines of a schedule are deleted, the schedule header is also deleted.
  • LN also removes the warehousing orders that are closed.
  • If you use push schedules, in case of an overdelivery, schedule lines with a delivery date in the future can be received, invoiced, and processed. However, these lines cannot be deleted because the lines are included when generating release lines in the Generar líneas de envío (tdpur3222m000) session.
  • Processed schedule lines with a delivery date in the past can always be deleted.

Archivar o borrar

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

  • Eliminar, if you want to delete the data.
  • Archivar, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
  • Ambos, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, and errors occur during the deletion or archiving process, an error report is generated.

Borrar datos de programación

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, LN deletes the purchase schedules and lines with the Finalizado and Procesado status.

Borrar hasta la fecha

The date up to which the schedule (line) data must be deleted.

The specified date is matched with the invoice date. If no invoice is printed for the receipt of the goods, LN compares this date with the receipt date.

Borrar datos de programación cancelada

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, LN deletes the purchase schedule lines with the Cancelado status.

Borrar hasta la fecha

The date up to which the Cancelado schedule data must be deleted.

The specified date is matched with the planned delivery date.

Compañía original

The company for which the data is archived.

Compañía de destino de archivado

The archive company to which the data is transferred.

Note: 

This company is retrieved from the Compañía de destino de archivado field in the Componentes de software implementados (tccom0500m000) session.

Archivar hasta la fecha

The date up to which the data must be archived.

Archivar datos maestros comunes

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, general data from Común is archived.

  • This check box is available only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the Parámetros de COM (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
Archivar datos maestros de compra

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, general data from Adquisición is archived.
