Archive and Delete Purchase Revisions (tdpur3222m200)

Utilice esta sesión para delete, archive, or archive and delete purchase release revisions.

Note:

The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the Archivado de envío de compras implementado check box is selected in the Parámetros de programación de compras (tdpur0100m500) session.

In this session, you can specify:

The planner for whom the purchase release revisions must be deleted.
The date up to which the purchase release revisions must be deleted.
If the release revisions with the Enviado status must only be deleted, or also the revisions with the status Creado or Programado that include (to be) terminated schedules.

Archivar o borrar

The method for processing the data.

You can select:

Eliminar, if you want to delete the data.
Archivar, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company.
Ambos, if you want to transfer the data to the archive company and then delete the data from the operational company.

Archivar/Borrar hasta la fecha de emisión

The date up to which you the purchase release revisions must be deleted or archived.

LN compares the specified date to the purchase release's issue date, as displayed in the Fecha de emisión field of the Envíos de compras (tdpur3120m000) session. The release revisions with an issue date before the specified date, are deleted.

Incluir lanzamientos no enviados para programaciones finalizadas

Si esta casilla de verificación está seleccionada, in addition to deleting release revisions with the Enviado status, LN also deletes revisions with the status Creado or Programado that include (to be) terminated schedules.

To delete Creado or Programado releases, these conditions must be applicable:

The status of the linked schedules must be Finalización en curso or Finalizado.
The schedules with the Finalización en curso status do not include open schedule lines. Therefore, the status of the schedule lines is Cancelado, Recepción final, Facturado, or Procesado.

This company is retrieved from the Compañía de destino de archivado field in the Componentes de software implementados (tccom0500m000) session.
