Trade Cards (lphun4135m000)

Utilice esta sesión para maintain the trade cards. The trade card contains shipment related data based on which the EKAER request is done.

Note:

You can modify the trade card data only if the trade card status is other than Finalized or Deleted.
For trade cards that are linked to loads with Open status, you can modify the values of only these fields:
- Trade Type
- Modify by Carrier Allowed
- Total Value Assured
For all the shipments of a load, only one EKAER must be requested.

Load/Warehouse Receipt

The load that is linked to the trade card.

Note:

This value is defaulted from the Shipment - Trade Card (lphun4630m000) session.
You can modify the value only if the trade card is set to a status other than Open.

Estatus

The status of the load or warehouse receipt associated with the trade card.

Valores permitidos

Abierto: No se pueden listar los documentos de expedición; no se puede expedir la expedición. Las cantidades se pueden cambiar y puede componer cargas y expediciones. Se pueden generar las unidades de embalaje.
Parcialmente congelado: Se pueden listar los documentos de expedición. Se pueden cambiar las expediciones y las líneas de expedición. Se pueden generar las unidades de embalaje.
Congelado: La expedición y las líneas de expedición están listas para su expedición. Se pueden listar los documentos de expedición. No se pueden cambiar las expediciones ni las líneas de expedición. Se pueden generar las unidades de embalaje.
Confirmado: La expedición y las líneas de expedición se han expedido y están saliendo del almacén. Los documentos de expedición se pueden listar si no se incluye la fase de congelación en los procedimientos de expedición. Los asientos contables y los movimientos de stock se ejecutan para los artículos expedidos. Se pueden generar las unidades de embalaje. Se pueden crear ASN.
Proyectado: El estatus inicial si se especifica el uso de expediciones proyectadas. La expedición y las líneas de expedición se crearon al crear las líneas de orden de salida.
Cancelado: El proceso de expedición se ha detenido. No se puede realizar la congelación ni la confirmación.

The sold-to business partner associated with the shipment.

Trade Card Registry Date

The registration date of the trade card.

Trade Card Expiry Date

The date up to which the trade card is valid.

Valor

Total Value: The total tax amount applicable for the goods in the shipment.
Total Value Currency: The currency in which the total tax amount is expressed.

Note:
This value is defaulted from the Currency for Hungarian Forints field in the Hungarian Parameters (lphun0100m000) session.
Total Value Assured: The total value of the transport that has an assurance.
Tax Country: The tax country linked to the trade card.

Tax Number Sender: The tax number of the company that is sending the items.
Business Partner Tax Country: The tax country of the business partner linked to the trade card.

Tax Number Business Partner: The tax number of the business partner.

Plate Number

The registration number of the vehicle that is used for the transport of the goods.

Note:

The Load Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is considered when Trade Type is Export
The Load Delivery Vehicle Plate Number is considered when the Trade Type is Import.
The Load Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is considered when Trade Type is Domestic and Pick-up Vehicle Plate Number is same as Delivery Vehicle Plate Number.

País

The international license plate country code of the country to which the registration plate number of the vehicle is registered.

Additional Plate Number

The additional registration plate number of the vehicle, such as trailer that is used for the transport of goods.

País

The international license plate country code of the country to which the additional registration plate number of the vehicle is registered.

Communicated Plate Number

The registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Note:

This value is defaulted from the Plate Number field, when the EKAER request is sent to the government authority.

País

The previously communicated international license plate country code of the country associated with the registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

Communicated Additional Plate Number

The additional registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.

País

The previously communicated international license plate country code of the country associated with the additional registration number of the vehicle specified in the EKAER request.
