Use this session to delete or archive the history data of handling unit versions.

- Archive or Delete

Select the option to delete/archive the history data of the handling unit version.

Delete: Deletes the history data of the handling unit version.

Archive: Archives the history data of the handling unit version.

Both: Archives and then deletes the history data of the handling unit version.

If this check box is selected, LN archives only the general data linked to the values specified in the selection range.

- Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, LN overwrites the text linked to the values specified in the selection range in case the history data is previously archived.
- Up to Date

Select the date and time until which to delete/archive the history data.
- Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.
- Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.
