Replenishment Location Matrix (whwmd3504m000)

Use this session to set up and maintain the replenishment matrix.

You can view the replenishment matrix sorted by:

  • Warehouse/Destination Zone/Destination Location.
  • Warehouse/Replenishment Zone/Replenishment Location.
  • Item/Warehouse/Destination Zone/Destination Location.
  • Item/Warehouse/Replenishment Zone/Replenishment Location.

You can change the replenishment matrix view on the View menu.

To print the replenishment list, from the File menu, choose Print Replenishment List.

Field Information

Item

The item to be replenished.

Specify an item if you want to establish a Specific replenishment relation. Specify no item if you want to establish a General replenishment relation.

Destination Zone/Location

The zone to which replenishment must take place.

You must specify either the Destination Zone/Location or the Destination Location.

Note: The Destination Zone/Location must contain at least one pick location that is fixed for a particular item in the Fixed Locations (whwmd3502m000) session.
Destination Location

The location to which replenishment must take place.

You must specify either the Destination Zone/Location or the Destination Location.

Note: The Destination Location must be a pick location.
Replenishment Zone/Location

The zone from which replenishment must take place.

You must specify either the replenishment zone or the replenishment location.

Note: The replenishment zone must contain at least one bulk location.
Replenishment Location

The location from which replenishment must take place.

You must specify either the replenishment zone or the replenishment location.

Note: The replenishment location must be a bulk location.
Priority

The priority determines the sequence in which LN takes into account the replenishment relations, if more than one replenishment relation exist for a Destination Zone/Location or Destination Location.

Allowed values

The highest allowed priority is 0 and the lowest allowed priority is 999999.

Warehouse

The warehouse for which the replenishment relation is specified.

Warehouse

The warehouse for which the replenishment relation is specified.

Replenishment Relation Active

If this check box is selected, the replenishment relation is active and is taken into account if a replenishment list is printed.
