Warehouse - Item - Rental Inventory (whwmd2515m200)
Use this session to view the rental inventory for the selected warehouse including the inventory of the related (originating) item.
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Equipment as a service check box is selected on the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Field Information
- Warehouse
- The code of the warehouse.
- Rental Item
- The code of the rental item displayed in the inventory.
- Rental Item Inventory

- Rental Quantity
- The total quantity of rental items in circulation. This includes the quantity of the entire rental fleet.
- Inventory on Hand
- The physical quantity of goods in a warehouse (including the inventory on hold).
- Inventory Blocked
- The quantity of the rental item in inventory that is blocked.
- Inventory Allocated
- The quantity of inventory allocated to the rental owner. This is the rental item inventory that is expected to be issued.
- Inventory on Order
- The quantity of rental item inventory that is expected to be received.
- Inventory Location Allocated
- The quantity of the rental item inventory that is expected to be issued from a location and for which an outbound advice already exists.
- Economic Stock
- The inventory of the rental item that is
available to be rented out or issued.Note: You can calculate the value using this formula:
Economic stock = Inventory on Hand - Blocked Inventory + Inventory on Order - Allocated Inventory
- Inventory Unit
- The code of the unit in which the inventory of the rental item is expressed.

- The inventory on hand of the (originating) item related to the rental item.
- Inventory Blocked
- The quantity of the (originating) item in inventory that is blocked.
- Inventory Allocated
- The quantity of the inventory that is allocated for the (originating) item related to the rental item.
- Inventory on Order
- The quantity of the inventory on order that is allocated to the orders of the (originating) item related to the rental item.
- Inventory Location Allocated
- The inventory quantity of the (originating) item related to the rental item, that is expected to be issued from a location and for which an outbound advice already exists.
- Economic Stock
- The inventory of the item related to the rental item that is available to be issued.
- Consignment Inventory on Hand
- The on hand consignment inventory of the (originating) item related to the rental item.
- Inventory Blocked for Planning
- The total inventory of the (originating) item related to the rental item that is blocked for planning, either manually or by LN.
- Company Owned Inventory on Order
- The inventory on order of the (originating) item related to the rental item, that is company-owned.
- Consignment Inventory on Order
- The consigned inventory of the (originating) item related to the rental item that is expected to be received.
- Inventory in Transit
- The in transit quantity of the (originating) item related to the rental item.
- Consignment Inventory in Transit
- The consigned inventory of the (originating) item related to the rental item, that is in transit.
- Company Owned Inventory Location Allocated
- The company-owned inventory of the (originating) item related to the rental item, that is location allocated.
- Consignment Inventory Location Allocated
- The consigned inventory of the (originating) item related to the rental item, that is location allocated.
- Inventory Committed
- The reservation of inventory for an order without taking into account the physical storage of the goods within the warehouse. This is also referred to as hard allocation.
- Inventory Committed in Process
- The quantity of the committed inventory that is in process of allocation.
- Company Owned Quarantine Inventory
- The company owned inventory that is quarantine.
- Consigned Quarantine Inventory
- The consigned inventory in quarantine.
- Cumulative Issue
- The standard item's cumulative issue for a specific warehouse.
