Working with the Warehouse 360 (whwmd2300m000) session
Use this session to view and maintain information about the warehouses defined in the company.
For a warehouse selected from the list, the check boxes in the Warehouse, Inventory, Cycle Counting / Adjustments, Inventory Transactions, Inventory Handling, and Blocking group boxes indicate if related data is maintained. You can click the entity to access the corresponding session, wherein you can view and maintain the related data.
You can also select a warehouse from the list to view the related data in these formats:
- : The Zones, Locations, Items, Stock Points, Planned Transactions tiles display the warehouse related data, if maintained.
- Warehouse Details donut display
the location usage data for the selected warehouse. These options are displayed for the
Warehouse Details donut:

: The - Location Transactions group box.

: The Locations data for the selected
project is displayed in a graphical format, in the

- Storage Zones

The number of zones defined for the warehouse.
- Locations

The number of pick locations, bulk locations, or both, defined for the warehouse.
- Occupied

The percentage of the locations of the warehouse that are used. For example, a value of 50% in this field means that half of the locations of the warehouse are being used. Note that this field does not refer to the utilized capacity of the locations of the warehouse.

The number of items stored in the warehouse.
- Stock Points

The number of stock points present in the warehouse.
- Pl Transactions

The number of planned inventory transactions defined for the warehouse.
- WMS Controlled

If this check box is selected, the warehouse is WMS controlled.
- Handling Units in Use

If this check box is selected, the use of handling units is enabled for the warehouse.
- Dynamic Cross-docking

If this check box is selected, dynamic cross-docking is enabled for this warehouse.
Note:- This field can only be selected if, in the Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) session, the Dynamic Cross-docking check box is selected.
- If a cross-dock order exists for this warehouse, you cannot clear this check box.

If this check box is selected, information about the items of the highlighted warehouse is available in the Item Data by Warehouse (whwmd2510m000) session.
- Zones

If this check box is selected, information about the zones defined for the highlighted warehouse is available in the Warehouse - Storage Zones (whwmd3510m000) session.
- Locations

If this check box is selected, information about the locations of highlighted warehouse is available in the Warehouse - Locations (whwmd3500m000) session.
- Items Inventory

If this check box is selected, item inventory data is present for the highlighted warehouse, which you can view in the Warehouse - Item Inventory (whwmd2515m000) session.
- Stock Point Inventory

If this check box is selected, stock point data for the highlighted warehouse is available in the Stock Point Inventory (whinr1540m000) session.
- Consignment Inventory

If this check box is selected, consignment inventory data for the highlighted warehouse is available in the Consigned Receipts (whwmd2550m000) session.
- Quarantine Inventory

If this check box is selected, information about quarantine inventory for the highlighted warehouse is available in the Quarantine Inventory Overview (whwmd2171m000) session.
- Cycle Counting Orders

If this check box is selected, cycle count order data for the highlighted warehouse is available in the Cycle Counting Orders (whinh5100m000) session.
- Adjustment Orders

If this check box is selected, adjustment order data for the highlighted warehouse is available in the Adjustment Orders (whinh5120m000) session.

If this check box is selected, information about blocked inventory for the highlighted warehouse is available in the Stock Point Blocking (whwmd6130m000) session.

- Service

A warehouse that stores the required inventory for a service area.
- Service Customer Owned

A warehouse that stores the required inventory for a service area. All of the inventory stored is customer owned.
- Service Reject

A warehouse used by Service that stores defective items received from customers.
- Shop Floor

A warehouse that stores intermediate inventory in order to supply work cells, work centers, or line stations. A shop floor warehouse is linked to an individual work cell, one or more work centers, or one or more line stations. For this purpose, the shop floor warehouse is linked to the appropriate value of the Used at field in the Warehouses (whwmd2500m000) session.
- Consignment (Not Owned)

A warehouse that stores consigned materials that have been delivered but are not yet company owned.
- Consignment (Owned)

A warehouse that stores consigned materials that have been delivered and have either been used or have been acquired by the company for manufacturing a specific order.

If imposed on outbound procedures, outbound and shipment procedures are not allowed for the warehouse.

If imposed on outbound procedures, confirming shipments is blocked for the warehouse.
For all other inbound or outbound procedures, a warning is displayed and the user is prompted to cancel the procedure or to continue.
