Validation Rules (whwmd1150m000)
Use this session to view and maintain shipment validation rules. A shipment validation rule is a set of checks that must be performed to validate shipments. A validation rule consists of one or more validation lines. Each validation line includes one check against which to check a shipment.

If this check box is selected, the shipment validation rule is generic.
You must link a generic validation rule to a warehousing order type in the Warehousing Order Types (whinh0110m000) session. Consequently, shipments generated from warehousing orders of the warehousing order type are validated against the validation rule that is linked to the order type.
If this check box is cleared, the shipment validation rule is linked to a business partner in the Validation Lines by Business Partner (whwmd1156m000). Consequently, shipments shipped to this business partner are validated against this validation rule.
