Order related Customer Owned Inventory by Warehouse and Lot (whltc1509m000)

Use this session to view customer owned lot-controlled inventory and the orders that initiated the receipt of the inventory. These receipt orders are related to orders that initiate outbound advice for the same inventory. The inventory is grouped by warehouse, item, and lot.

An order line is removed in this session if the on hand, blocked, or location allocated quantities are all zero.

Note: 

In this session, only customer owned low volume lot inventory received for the following types of orders is displayed:

  • Maintenance Sales Order
  • Maintenance Work Order
  • Customer Claim
  • Supplier Claim

These types of orders originate from the Service package.

Field Information

Warehouse

The warehouse in which the customer owned inventory is stored for the order.

Item

The low volume lot-controlled item stored for the order.

Lot

The number of the lot that comprises the item.

Sequence

The sequence number of the order for which the customer owned inventory is received.

Order Company

The company of the order for which the customer owned inventory is received.

Type of Order

The type of the order for which the customer owned inventory is received.

Allowed values

  • Maintenance Sales Order
  • Maintenance Work Order
  • Customer Claim
  • Supplier Claim
Order

The number of the order for which the customer owned inventory is received.

Order Line

The number of the order line for which the customer owned inventory is received.

Order Sequence

The sequence number of the order line for which the customer owned inventory is received.

Inventory on Hand

The inventory on hand quantity expressed in the inventory unit.

Inventory Blocked

The quantity blocked for inspection or quarantine handling.

Note: For Service related orders, quarantine handling or inspections are not allowed. For these orders, the blocked quantity is zero.

Inventory Location Allocated

The location allocated quantity.

Inventory Unit

The inventory unit used to express the quantities of the order for which the customer owned inventory is received.
