Stock Point Inventory (whinr1540m000)
Use this session to view the inventory by stockpoint.
In the overview session, you can view the stockpoints sorted by:
- Item/ Warehouse/ Location/ Lot/ Inventory Date
- Warehouse/ Item/ Lot/ Inventory Date/ Location
- Warehouse/ Location/ Item/ Lot/ Inventory Date
- Item/ Lot/ Inventory Date/ Warehouse/ Location
You can change the stockpoint view on the
menu.At the bottom of the overview session window, the totals for the inventory data are shown for the item.

The description or name of the code.

- Receiving location

The location in which the received goods are placed while they await the generation of an inbound advice.
- Pick location

The inventory location designated for order picking purposes. A pick location is mainly used for the outbound of small quantities and/or containers that can be replenished by bulk locations.
- Bulk location

The location used mainly for large inbound quantities and/or containers and to indicate from which pick locations can be replenished.
- Staging location

A shipping dock in the warehouse where items are held just before they are placed on any means of transport for shipment.
- Inspection location

A type of inventory location exclusively designated to store items that are eligible for inspection upon receipt.
After the items have passed inspection, they are transferred to:
- A normal location if they are approved.
- A quarantine location if they are rejected.
Goods in an inspection location are always considered to be on-hold inventory.
- Quarantine location

A type of warehouse location in which goods initially rejected during warehousing inspection or production are stored for further examination to determine their disposition.
Note: In locations of type Receiving, stock points are not supported.

The business partner who owns the items stored in the current location. The location is reserved for items owned by this business partner.

In the Item (tcibd0501m100) session, you can specify whether LN must control and track lots for an item. If the item is lot controlled, the item is registered by lot so that the inventory on hand can be registered for each lot individually. If the item is lot tracked, all movements of the lot are also registered.

The blocked inventory is the sum of the Process Blocked Quantity in Storage Unit and the Manually Blocked Quantity in Storage Unit of all related inventory lines as you can view in the Item - Inventory Structure (whinr1550m000) session.

Inventory for the current stock point that is allocated to outbound order lines for which outbound advice is created that is not yet shipped. See also location allocation.

Different combinations of identifying data are possible.
- Last Transaction Date

The date on which the last inventory transaction took place.
This includes:
- Last Inventory Inspection Date

The date on which the most recent inventory inspection is performed.
This date is used to determine the due date for inventory inspections. This is done by adding the value of the Frequency for Inventory Inspection field in the Item Data by Warehouse (whwmd2510m000) session to the date specified in this field.

If this check box is selected, the entire stock point is blocked.
If this check box is cleared, the stock point is not blocked or partially blocked.
- Blocked for Outbound

If this check box is selected, the stock point is blocked for outbound. Automatic or manual retrieval is not possible until the blocking is released.
Note: The inventory concerned can still be blocked for outbound movement on other levels (not displayed here), for example, by blocking a location or lot. - Blocked for Transfer (Issue)

If this check box is selected, the stock point is blocked for transfer out of the warehouse.
Note: The inventory concerned can still be blocked for transfer at other levels that are not displayed here (for example, by blocking the location or lot). - Blocked for Cycle Counting

If this check box is selected, the stock point is blocked for cycle counting.
Note: When LN prints cycle-counting lists, the inventory lines printed on the counting list are automatically blocked, to prevent changes to quantities during cycle counting. When counting lists are processed, the inventory lines are automatically unblocked. - Lot Blocked for Assembly

If this check box is selected, the stock point is blocked for a warehouse assembly order.
