Field Information

Effective Date

The date and time that the parameters are valid. The parameters are valid up to the effective date of a more recent parameter setting.

The description of the parameter set.

Inventory Transaction History

If this check box is selected, LN records the history data of physical inventory transactions (issues and receipts). It also enables you to display these transactions.

If this check box is cleared, history data of physical inventory transactions is not recorded.

Item Issue by Period

If this check box is selected, LN records the total issue for all warehouses. This data is required if you want LN to calculate a demand forecast for all warehouses, in the Calculate Demand Forecast (whina2202m000) session.

If this check box is cleared, LN does not record the total issue for all warehouses.

Item Issue by Warehouse and Period

If this check box is selected, LN records the item issue by item. This data is required if you want LN to calculate a demand forecast by item in the Calculate Demand Forecast (whina2202m000) session.

If this check box is cleared, LN does not record the item issue by item.

Last Archiving Date

The last date on which the Archive/Delete Inventory Transactions by Item and Warehouse (whinr1210m000) session was run.

Note: 

This date can be different from the date specified in the Up to Date field in the Archive/Delete Inventory Transactions by Item and Warehouse (whinr1210m000) session.

For example, if you specify June 1st in the Up to Date field and run the Archive/Delete Inventory Transactions by Item and Warehouse (whinr1210m000) session on July 10th:

• The last archiving date in the current field is July10th.
• Transaction data with transaction dates up to June 1st are archived or deleted.

Number Group

The number group used to generate inventory transaction ID's.

Series

The series used to generate inventory transaction ID's.
