Publish Transport Order (whinh4240m100)
Use this session to publish EDI transport orders for the selected loads or the current load.
If this session started stand-alone or from the Loads (whinh4140m000) session without selecting any loads in advance, you can use the fields in the Selection Range group box in the current session to select the loads for which to publish transport orders.
Field Information

- Load
- Pick-up Carrier/LSP
- Route
- Planned Delivery Date
- Transport Order Due Date
-
The date and time on which publishing the transport order is due.
The due date is calculated when the load is created. The due date is calculated by subtracting the lead time of the transport order from the planned delivery date of the load. - Allow Changes to Shipping Structure
-
If this check box is selected, the settings of the Still Allow New Shipments check box for the selected loads and the Allow Changes to Shipment check box for the related shipments are unaffected.
If this check box is cleared, the Still Allow New Shipments check box for the selected loads and the Allow Changes to Shipment check box for the related shipments are cleared. In this way, you can prevent changes from being made to the related shipments. For example, if the shipments are created based on a sales schedule, changes made to the sales schedule will not affect the shipments.
